About the 30SFC

The 30 Second Film Challenge arose from the frustration derived watching promising young film-makers graduate from college programs and enter the workforce, only to be swallowed by the assembly line. It's a challenge issued to those recent grads to continue the work they started with their first films, and build on the experience, to take the next step towards building a body of work. Why should your first film be your last?
The 30 Second Film Challenge has been issued informally before, but no one's followed through. So this year, we're getting organized. We've got a dozen keen participants, weekly meetings and a schedule to keep. Wish 'em luck.
